Question for a Knowledged member

In about a month I will be changing my Hrt protcol. Right now I am on 1 and 1/2 pumps of Androgel twice a day. My doctor is willing to let me self administer test cyp( but at only) .25ml twice a week. I think that is way to small of a dosage and would like to know what mount I should take that would be
the same dosage of test I receive with Androgel. My estrdiol is 15 so really have no concerns there...yet. The rest of My blood work is post under "An open book" on this forum. If I am over simplifying this process please let me know. Once again thanks for taking your time an expertise to anwser my questions.

Your Estradiol is fine because you're using a transdermal; when you inject it's entirely a different story. You will need to monitor your E2 levels.

The dosage amounts don't compare transdermal and IM. One is a daily low dose use that absorbs throughout a day where you will be injecting an ester twice a week.

Agree with GD. IMO, .25ml x 2/wk isn't bad at all. Some of it could hinge on maybe getting a little HCG in the mix, and your protocol could actually be ideal. The truth will be in the labs. So with that said, post labs for us when you get them, we will have a better idea where things sit.

I think people are saying he is taking a .25 mL twice each week. That's how I read it. If its the standard 200mg/mL then this is a perfectly fine dose. I like the 2 shots per week as well.

In fact, 100mg per week might even be too much. Won't know until you get blood work, but it's certainly not a low dose.

Bingo!! Permitting your meds are 200mg/ml. I get some Enanthate on occasion that is 300mg/ml. So .25ml in this case = 75mg.

a standard vial of testosterone cypionate , usually from Watson, would be 10mL. 100mL would be a much larger vial!

but the concentration can vary. some are 100mg/mL and some are 200mg/mL. 200mg/mL is the more common one. this should be explicitly indicated on the Rx label though.

Uuuugh! I KNOW this is simple, but now I am confused again. Ok simple put I was given two small vials of test cyp (from Paddock labs). It says 200mg/ml. I assume each vial contains that amount. My instructions are to inject 0.25 ML twice weekly. For the sake of agrument (and to help my moron ass) if I was remove 0.25ML out of a brand new vial, how much would I have left in that vial?..150 mg? Oh thanks all for helping me out.

So if I am taking .35ml's twice a week how much is that and is that too much for a 170 lbs man? My test levels at .75ml's x 1 a week was over 1100

Vials I believe are usually 1mL or 10mL...it should say...sounds like they are 1mL and if they are I believe your math is fine and that you would have 0.75mL left in that vial and that mixture contains 150mg of test.

If your mixture in your vial is the usual 200mg/mL, then 200 x .35 = 70mg x 2 = 140mg per week...you might do better on a little less...like 100-120mg. Others will probably weigh in............
