    Comments on Haemoglobin please

    Just had my bloods back, everything in range apart from

    haemoglobin MCH 33.1 pg range 27.0 - 32.0
    Hb. conc MCHC 34.7g/dl range 31.5 - 34.5
    red blood cell distribut width 15.00 range 11.6 - 14.00
    mean platelet volume 8.7 fl range 11.6 - 14.00

    any comments

    current protocol .25ml Test E twice a week (test 250mg,benzyl benzoate 324mg,castor oil 440mg)

    Go give blood at a clinic to bring it down bit.

    But 33.1 in that range isn't something I'd worry over....but if it continues to get higher, that is a problem.

    x2 on donating blood. That will keep your levels in check.

    The short term solution is to donate blood. The ideal long term solution is to lower the dose of testosterone to avoid the issue. I.e. Find the dose to try to maximize benefits of T and minimize sides.
