    Donating Blood

    ok guys, I know all the reasons we should donate: being a good citizen, etc, etc... but what is the benefit for donating blood while on TRT, does it have to do with hemoglobin levels ?? (I am still new fairly new at all this)

    Also, how long after I donate should I get BW done to get the correct numbers ??
