e2 control - HELP!

so i'm on doctor prescribed HRT at 150mg of cyp every 3.5 days

after about a month my e2 was already at like 190 while taking arimidex 1mg everyday which he also scripted and i got from the pharmacy. We tried the non generic arimidex for 5 days at 2mg day and no change. Now he just started me on 25mg aromasin everyday to try out.

anybody ever seen levels like this and what did it take to control them? I'm like two months into this process and i'm really starting to loose hope here cause nothing that seems to work for everyone else is working here. I'm bloated as shit and have absolutely ZERO sex drive and couldnt get my dick up if my life depended on it.

If not it not that useful but no doubt your E2 is high. That amount of adex is going to crush your E2 and you will have even more problems to deal with. That's pretty much a breast cancer dosage. Your doc does not know what he is doing and you need to find another asap before you get hurt

I'd suggest immediately cutting your dosage in half as well as obtaining an E2 Sensitive Assay immediately. I can provide the proper test codes if you use Labcorp. You also need to scale back your AI until you get BW results back. High estrogen can kill libido so that is possibly your issue there.

I'd suggest immediately cutting your dosage in half as well as obtaining an E2 Sensitive Assay immediately. I can provide the proper test codes if you use Labcorp. You also need to scale back your AI until you get BW results back. High estrogen can kill libido so that is possibly your issue there.

I'm actually inclined to think i'm just rediculously prone to T-E conversion. Baseline numbers before anything my e2 was about 40. then it spiked after the test started. we tried 1mg adex and reran labs and it actually was a little higher, upped to 2mg adex day and redid labs and there was no change. Now i just started on aromasin tuesday and getting more labs done on saturday. I think the trend does show the e2 is really tracking high; it seems the problem is the AI's dont seem to be doign much for me.

You mentioned loss of libido. What other high E2 symptoms are you experiencing? I'm having issues controlling my E2, but I haven't upped by AI dosage from 1 mg week. I'd be very leary of upping the AI's to those levels, but I'm far from an expert on this subject.

I was going to say it sounded like your doc had you on cycle. Maybe you are crushing estrogen too much, when did you start taking the adex? before or after that high e2 result?
