I am 47 and am taking
test cyp 200 a week
hcg two days before and day after test.

I have recently recd 10ml 300 Deca and nolvadex tabs and would like to use it for a cycle. Do I keep my test dose the same or double it? How much deca per week? Shoot same day as test?

Any advice would be great. There a lot of opinions out there.
