For me, I think 1052 is a bit high, so will adjust accordingly.. Estradiol is way up, which I had hoped would do after going to IM, so I am going to talk Doc into an AI tomorrow.. He called me this morning after getting my results, I asked him to send them over to me to look over before my appointment with him tomorrow.. It looks like, for me at least, going IM really helped with the spike in Serum, Free and E2.. I am thinking I should try IM and SubQ split up, this way I can possibly keep E2 in check without relying too much on an AI..

    Thoughts???

    Thanks for looking!

It's hard to say if the different numbers had anything to do with the method of injecting. The bigger point is that you increased your dose by 50%.

And like you said, it does appear as though you are taking too much now. I would certainly agree with that. If a trough number is coming in just under max range, then you're living the vast majority of your life at a supraphysiologic dose.

If you're donating blood regularly, I would want to make sure one wasnt losing too much iron.

    RBC 5.72 4.14- 5.80
    Hemo 18 12.6- 17.7
    Hemat 52.1 37.5- 51

Barely a bit high for both. I was way high 12 weeks ago.

I have an Appt with the Doc tomorrow so we will see what he says.. I will push for an AI and go from there.

Time to start your AI. Go to the banner up top to get some if the dr doesn't give you one. You can also try natural with grape seed extract and zinc.

Agree. Time to drop back. Was your BW taken basically the same time in your protocol? Go very slow with an AI if you take that path. Less is more!

Ask him to run a serum iron and ferritin to make sure all your donating is not depleting your iron.

Yes the labs were.. I will see what he says about the AI, I am familiar with the process, just want it to have it when needed.. I am going to start splitting the injections up between SubQ and IM now as going SubQ before really kept my E2 in check, maybe splitting them will help..

AI prescribed, lowered dosage to 125mg weekly. I will split those up, going IM and SubQ. Hoping to get the E2 under control with the Adex for a few weeks then see how I feel.

Guys on Adex, do you take 1/2 a pill twice a week? 1mg pills.. Thx!
