Welcome s320, can you post the ranges. Is that the only thing you checked? If not, please post all your bloodwork results with ranges.

The doc wasn't too thorough giving me back my results, just wrote what I put above. I will approach him for more information next week, not sure how extensive he went with the test. From what I am reading, the results that I have so far are on the low end of my age range, but not below the line. Not sure if that warrants sometime to be done about it or not.

If you do have some symptoms that need correcting, well others with that age and that low of test have gone on TRT to help themselves. You can just go read other's stories and compare and note that the typical doc won't want to treat you because I think your total test is within the ranges.

It's not great, but not in the tank either. Would take all the steps you can to naturally increase it. Lifestyle and diet changes are at the top of the list.

Those aren't catastrophic numbers, but they aren't stellar either. What's your body-fat percentage? As others have mentioned, you can drastically increase those numbers through exercise and diet.

I am 6'2, 215 lbs. Something like 13-14%? Most charts say I should be around 185-190 lbs. I lift a lot too as well as cardio.
One thing I can say, about six months ago I took a medication that by side effect temporarily increased my testosterone levels (about a week before they went down again). In that week, I was more focused, had a lot more natural energy, higher sex drive, and slept better. It was really weird and nice. Of course everything went back to normal as the doc said it would, but that was the most naturally feeling good I have been since my early 20's. I have had a lot of attention/insomnia issues since my childhood, as well as a not stellar sex drive (kept me out of trouble though). Knowing that feeling I experienced, I wouldn't mind getting back to it. This brings up two questions;
-With my initial results, would a doc qualify me for the treatment?
and
-Do testosterone boosters have any decent effect?

What medication did you take and for what purpose
