clomid isomer isolation.

I recently read that they are working on isolating the more active Enclomiphene isomer to test as a more effective trt option that regular clomid which consists of the aforementioned E isomer and less active Z isomer.
Im interested in this for multiple reasons but one is im curious to see if the removal of the isomer with both agonist an antagonist estrogenic effects improves its effectiveness or lessens it. The expression of the Z isomer apparently in some research has more impact of fsh while the E isomer on LH - not sure if this will be good or bad. Obviously bad for fertility purposes but as trt option will be interesting to see.

I'm looking forward to this stuff too. It will be a while until it's out, but it's a nice option. I certainly wish my doctor would have known more about clomid for HRT.... but what Rx rep is going to tell him about that now?

$30 for 75iu and protocol calls for 75-150iu EOD for 3 weeks! That's a whole lotta cash. Hoping the doc will write this one up.

My doc has me on clomid, hcg , test cyp and an AI. I will def. let you know what my BW shows in 3 weeks when I go in for my follow-up.

I've been waiting for some people on clomid and TRT to post up labs. Are you getting FSH and LH (hopefully both) tested?

Yes I will be getting both FSH and LH tested. You can follow up on my thread "My New Protocol" I have my recent BW posted there.
LH 0.5 (1.7-8.6) LOW
SH 0.7 (1.5-12.4)LOW
Prolactin 17.3 (4.0-15.2)HIGH
E2 sensitive 13.4 (7.6-42.6) LOW
These labs were taken upon my switch to androgel to cyp,hcg ,clomid,AI. I was only on the androgel 1.62% for about a month when these labs were taken. My doc took performed this blood work when On the dy I started my new protocol. I do wish though that he would have waited to get me on the AI due to my low e2 levels. I'm hoping I can get by without. been takin .5mh of arastrozole twice a week(day after injections) she wanted me on .5 mwf n but I backed off after getting my e2 levels in. Would like to keep e2 in high 20's.
