    Favorite IM injection spots?

Currently I alternate between quads 100mg a week (.5cc). Did a delt injection today, wasnt too bad. I might switch between delts and quads for awhile and if I feel brave try my glutes.

I used to like quad injections but maybe Im getting scar tissue because sometimes the needle doesnt want to go in all the way so I want to experiment with more locations.

No I wont try SC again either. Its too unreliable, I tried it and my Test tanked from 800+ to 300.

PS - got my latest Hemoglobin result back, now 13.4! Lowest its ever been. Finally got my blood under control. Took around 10 donations in a year. Probably just needed a good flush!

I like quads, there are several areas on quads that you can inject.

Delts, after my last pin in my quad, hit a nerve. Sent a shock wave thru to my toes. Good thing I didn't snap off the needle. Lol

I wonder if people with higher body fat % should avoid subq?

Wonder how your iron level is after all that donation?

Ya I did that once. I instantly pulled it out of my leg, hurt like hell! Another reason I wished SC was more reliable. Next weekend maybe ill try glute.

Or try quads under the skin for SC. Im sticking to IM for awhile tho since I know it works.

My iron level is fine. Had a full BW done nothing out of the ordinary. I just did a double red 2 weeks ago, my hemo was 14.5.

Getting another BW done this week to check my test levels again after switching back to IM from SC. Doc is doing CBC with it. For some reason I dont think the test is working as well as it used to because my RBC keeps going down. Might adjust dosage or add HCG back to the mix depending on the results. Hopefully i can get script filled at Costco because they are like 1/2 the cost of CVS for testosterone refills. I would imagine HCG would also be as cheap. CVS is such a rip.

I do l left quad, right quad one week
Left glute, right glute the next week
Remember to pull skin across when you inject and let go once needle is pulled out so you don't get any leakage

Pull or slide your skin on the area you are going to inject. Dart then let go and skin slides back over hole in the muscle sealing the injection hole so medication doesn't leak out.

Glutes and delts. By far the easiest. Quads are ok but Ice had a few bad experiences. I've hit all the following:
    - quads
    - pecs
    - triceps
    - forearms
    - biceps
    - glutes
    - delts
    - traps

That reminds me of my 1 and only pec shot. I didn`t get an infection but had brutal pain.

I've had cellulitis twice. Once from quad and this one. The forearm is worse. Hoping these antibiotics kick in soon. It's starting to itch tonight. No way I'm scratching it but keeping an eye on it.
