    looked at old blood work

at 19 i had a few draws done...my first i was at 277 testosterone ....then started vitamin d and was checked again at 477....during the period from 19-21 i got my test checked many times and it was around 470 each time, reaching a peak of 535.

are these numbers too high to be low test related health issues? i am worried the endo i go to wont get updated work, but if she does ill have a new baseline. im only going to show her the 277 blood work and tell her ihavent got new blood work since....**** being honest with these imbeciles who think im only after roids lol.

i have other hormones and labs from that time jsut listed test.

You seem to be one that is in a tough area to really know what to do. No one probably knows if TRT would help you or not or if something like clomid would. Sometimes it's tempting to just say "Do a cycle and take TRT for a test drive".
Or what would HCG monotherapy do for you?

i posted a lot of that in my initial thread, so ill just keep it brief. im 6'2 205ish..23 yrs old, been lifting since i was in hs. Gaining stength or muscle was never easy. When i started I was 5'8 110 pounds and couldnt doa pushup or bench the bar(at 15). I lifted a few years, and plateaued at 160 for a long time. Got test levels checked, was at 277, upped the vitamin d(which doubled my levels to 477) and i immediately made gains and was sitting at 175-180 and upped by my lifts by 25 pounds. I plateaued again, started on b12 which regulated my metabolism, and appetite, and now site at 200-205. The increase in weight from 177 to 200 brought me from a 290 bench to 310 bench....although i have a lot of waves where i get weaker. For instance, jan 31 i benched 290x2, and now im only doing about 270x2 despite still working out.

i only train 2-4 times per week, because im very slow to recover....i have a bench day with assistance work and a squat day with assistance work. My squat has always been my weak point but lately it's been going well. I have been doing 20 rep squats, and this week im doing 235. I dont like suing belts or knee wraps so i dont use them.

i dont deadlift unfortunately....it was my favorite lift too. I used to dl with a slightly rounded back(never hitched) coupled with being tall, and i herniated my disc. I have tried countless times to go back to it, even switching to sumo, but it always ends with me beign paralyzed for a week. I was on the road to a 500 dl.

so yeah im an ok strength but like i said it has been a struggle, and i have periods of declining progress, and slow recoveries...and i have been at this for nearly a decade....and i think my body could look better.

diet isnt perfect.....i have tried the eggs, and meat diet, and i just couldnt put weight on so i listened to my body, and i eat dirty a lot...although i have been trying to make it less dirty. Today's diet is going to be a 100 percent whole wheat, genoa salami and provolone melt(with about half a pound of meat and cheese) for my first meal, and then for my next meal, i'm getting a philly steak sandwhich from charley's subs.....for my 3rd and fourth meal i chuck down 2100 calories of boost plus. I have been slowly switching from coke to oj as well.

i have never taken a sip of alcohol, smoked pot, or a cigg in my life.

i take anywhere from 5-20k of d3 per day depending on if i missed a dose...and 5-15k of sub methyl b12 depending on how i feel.

Regardless though, even if I had the worst diet in the world, i dont think my testosterone levels are acceptable for someone my age, let alone an athlete looking to make progress.

I dont want to **** with clomid or nolvadex either, i would consider trying to restart myself with hcg as i think it's the safer option, but i think bioidentical test to get me into the 800s watching for aromatization etc would be the safest. Sure it's inconvenient but so is working hard in the gym and not getting the results i'd like.

as far as low t symptoms....or just symptoms in general....
    chronic migraines
    tired a lot
    fatigue
    brain fog/cant concentrate
    anxiety/shyness
hands get stiff in cold..possibly thyroid
libido is ok..it's not perfect though...i usually have to touch myself for me to get an erection and ill have to go through about 20 porn vids for an hour before i can get off, buty once i start i can usually blast off within 10 mins, and i have a god amount of cum, although i have noone to compare to 0.0

something else to mention is that my hemoglobin/hematocrit levels were always a little high and my platelets were always a littlle low, and i get swollen neck lymph nodes every 2 months.....although the hematologist i saw 2 yrs ago didnt seem too concerned.
i also have had controversial pituitary mri's so those need to be checked again.

What makes you think TRT is safer than clomid?

You mention "restart" with HCG but not clomid/tamoxifen ... then you go on to desire TRT.

It seems like your main goal is increased performance in the gym, but I'm just not clear.

trt is bioidentical to the test im not producing. i mentioned a lot of symptoms at the bottom of the post, but yes I would also like to have test levels appropriate for my age, so i can get the results in the gym that i work hard for.

also to clarify, right now i desire more blood works and tests. I could have been on trt easily when i went to dr gordon. im not after steroids .
i would prefer to restart with hcg , but if i need trt to get myself to the high range i would like to take it. I dont like the research on rats about clomid/nolvadex . i'm sorry man but i just dont feel good about it

why bother with research on rats for clomid? there's some good research done on humans, even up to 3 years.

Why did you stop seeing Dr Gordon? I would doubt that anybody here could help you more than being a patient of Dr Gordons. He is one of the best.

What did he discuss with you?

hrt, i disagree with you about gordon's. I dont mean to argue, and im not trying to be rude, but I dont think he is a good dr, and a few here have said the same hopefully they chime in. he is pompous, and has no bedside manners, and hands test out like it's candy. He also would not tell me what my test llevel was when i went to him, he said it was 600 but he would give me t anyway(i doubted it was 600 though since it's never been anywhere near that). He also said he does not work with hcg , and that aromatization does not exist, and he would not monitor e or prescribe an anti e.

He does once every 3 weeks protocols IN HIS OFFICE(that's how he make smoney) and doesnt do follow up blood work for monitoring.

He also told me i could do a trial of trt and come off if it didnt work side effect free.

I only saw him once, and he seemed too trt happy.

At this point i just want to find a doctor who will run all the necessary tests(hormonal panel, thyroid panel, pit mri). If I need trt Ill jump on it fast, but if i need thyroid or anything else ill take that too. i do have old t4 and t3 values if you guys want it, i have had comprehensive blood work in the past. cortisol is always high as well LOL
