    thyroid adrenal ED TRT

    Could thyroid and adrenal problems cause ED on TRT even when T and E2 are great?

    I don't know the answer to this, but great question. I was wonder this to but don't know the answer. Hopefully one the HRT experts will chime in.

    Simple; Yes.

    Most of the same symptoms of Hypogonadism are the same for Hypothyroidism and Adrenal Fatigue...ED is one of the big ones.

    which blood test is performed to check for Adrenal Fatigue?

    I don't think a blood test is recommended, I think a 24 hour saliva test for cortisol is the way to go. See:

    EDIT: Maybe I was wrong about that... maybe a ACTH test is the way to go?
