    igf and igf premium?

    At a local health supplement Store there is igf growth factor. At 20 would anyone recommend this .I am 180lbs. Have been hitting the gym for 5 months in great shape but I really want to gain in weight and mass any advice

    It's just an OTC supp. Its fine to use at your age. Just follow instructions on the bottle.
