    Nothing attached.

Type labs here in this thread and only the assays that we are interested no real need to post CBC and Blood Chem unless something was amiss.

    Look into TRT.
Have you used steroids or anything in the past?
    What are your stats?
What about your diet and lifestyle?

Your Thyroid appears a bit sluggish. Slightly elevated TSH and lower T4 and T3 would point to that. We'd need to see more like FT4, FT3 and RT3. Might want to look into Hypothyroidism.

    Prolactin 16.4 range 2.5-17.0 ng/ml
This is almost over the top of the reference range and is best at mid or lower. Could suggest a Pituitary tumor and something that you will want to talk to your Doctor about as it will cause Secondary Hypogonadism in men.

    Test total 244.0 range 245-1600 ng/dl
    test free 72.79 range 34-246

Total is clearly low while Free and % Free seem okay, relative to Total it's not. There's a reason why Total is where it's at...but why is what we want to know.

    shbg 12.6
    Range?

    dhea sulfate 222 range 80-560 mcg/ml
    dhea 23.26 range 1.80-12.50
Read the sticky on HCG and learn about DHEA. Start supplementing with 50 mg of micronized DHEA and Pregnenolone daily.

    igf pending

    fsh 2.3 range 0.7-11.1 miu/ml
    Lh 3.1 range 0.8-7.6 miu/ml
Low on the reference range and would be in line with what we're seeing on your Thyroid and Prolactin labs.

You need to rule out Hypothyroidism and Pituitary issues BEFORE starting any TRT protocol. Just don't throw Testosterone at your problem till everything is ruled out.

Everyone has different symptoms. For me at 50, I felt ok with a T level of 240. Went on trt.

15 yrs earlier, I felt like crap. Every textbook symptom of low t. Turns out, I was hypothyroid. The only number I can remember is my tsh. It was a bit over 4. I had no energy, no sleep, 30 pds. heavier. Life sucked. Endo got my thyroid in shape and life got better.
So, gd could be right on the money regarding your thyroid. Definitely follow up with thatl.
