Nipple problems?

Current TRT protocol is as follows

100mg/wk Cyp
.5mg adex 2x a week
250iu hcg 2x a week

I've been on this protocol for over a year and have had no issues. At my low point, me e2 is consistently under control, and my total T is midrange. Prolactin was tested before treatment to check for prolactinoma and it was in the midrange. I've had gyno issues since puberty, but it's not THAT bad.

As I have gained a lot of weight recently. Naturally, a good part of this fat is located around my chest. As I am self-conscious about my gyno, I often feel my nipples/chest fat to reassure myself that the actual gland is smaller than I think, and the recent fat gain is what is making it look worse (I honestly do believe this to be true).

However, recently both of my nipples have started to leak clear fluid if squeezed hard enough. Obviously step one is to stop squeezing my nipples, but what else could be the problem here? I've done nothing recently AFAIK to upset my natural hormone balance since my last check up.

Any ideas on what may be causing this?
