    something to ponder

correct me if iam wrong, hcg has little to no effect on testicular atrophy, if etiology is of primary testicular failure,And possible should only be used only when someone has hypogonatrophic hypogonadism, if your testicles are unresponsive to lh then they will be unresponsive to hcg. Hcg can also raise e2 levels, but can be managed by lower doses more frequently, could we say that eliminating the underlying causation hcg be the answer, maybe. Most people are primary and the rest secondary. Also a lot of people are trying trt just do get in the optimal range and don't have anything wrong, they just want to possibly feel better, but then aren't they making themselves primary.

Most are secondary, not primary. But even if primary lets remember that there are LH receptors throughout your body as well as in your brain. I'm all for nourishing those receptors.

What kel said, HCG , some believe, is a neurohormone (or sex hormone) and acts in the more peripheral (emotional) brain centers where the HCG binds to the neuro LH receptors.

A lot of men, Primary and Secondary report increased benefits such as increased libido and sense of well-being among other things...I know I did/do.

I ran pro hormones then aas cycle for 20 weeks back in 2006. Yes I was young, dumb, and full of cum. I used pct but no hcg and boy did my boys shrink! I've been on hcg with TRT for 5 weeks now and I've noticed they are starting to fill out a little but. More plump than before. For the most part Im sure the damage is done and they will never be back to their normal "big nuts" size. But hopefully they will increase as TRT and hcg use lengthens.

I think the reversability of it is an individual thing and possibly dependent on length of time with diminished or no LH as well. Mine came back some but not where they were initially, but my TRT is tumor related and I was down to almost a zero T level.

My T level was at 50 1.4 free T although I REALLY need to get an MRI for pituitary I have yet to do so. Hopefully I'm in the clear, but 50 is pretty damn low and the cause is still unknown.
