Question on pins

My pharmacist gave me like 20 kits with the needle already on it. Then he gave me another 20 or so of just the needles but these seem longer. The needle is 25 ga 1 inch that already comes on the plunger and the separate ones are longer. Im guessing i am suppose to draw the test with one and shoot with the other? But I just drew and shot with the same one. My main question is can i reuse the plunger part twice and just change out the needle end? I don't see why not?

Yes, draw with 1, and shoot with the other. Putting the needle through the rubber stopper will blunt it. I would seriously recommend against using the plunger twice. Once you take it out of the sealed package, it is compremised. Obviously when you use it right away there is no issue, if you then leave it on your desk, or drawer until you next inject, you leave it open to becomming contaminated with bacteria, and you dont want be injecting any bacteria, thats for damn sure.
