Bloodwork results after changing from 1x per week to 2x per week injection

I thought everything looked good. Correct me if I'm wrong. I do however don't feel as vigorous as I did when doing once a week. Is my body adjusting to the testosterone ?

I'd consider retrying once a week pinning.
On another forum I read a guy saying some do better on once a week pins because it's a higher peak and a lower trough.
    So

Wouldn't you prefer more stability with blood levels? I know I would

I agree that in theory two times a week should be better but in practice I think once in awhile there will be someone that does better doing things a bit different than the norm...he basically said he felt better when on one pin a week, is it out of the question that that could be the answer?

I could try one a week again for 6 weeks and see what happens but to be honest it could be that Ive been working more the last month and have only been able to squeeze in (two workout days - weights a week) and no (jiujitsu two to three days a week) for a month. When I'm fit, I always feel better and as of now my fitness level is mediocre. I felt fine on once a week, but my nipples were tender (E2 was 37) so I went to twice and my E2 dropped to 30 and so far that seems to be the only benefit. So lots to think about........

I think, just for "shits and giggles" I'm going to do .75 once a week again for six weeks and make sure that this protocol is or is not the right one for my body. I definitely seemed to be stronger, look more muscular, and was more horny on "once a week (1xw)" and since a big part of my happiness is based on my performance, I seemed to have been happier and fired up on 1xw. Twice a week has been fine but not as exciting as it was before. I realize also that the "newness" of the whole TRT thing may have played a big factor. I might also do a natural AI because it seemed to work for the esteemed member here called Sandrat.

It's all about how you feel and how YOU respond. I think you answered your own question as to why you don't feel as good. You're working more and training less which effects you both physically and mentally. Your E2 did drop down to a great number though. Not saying 37 is bad at all, it depends on how you feel.

Do you have SHBG levels for both sets of BW as well? I'm curious about those with your change in protocol. Some people with a higher shbg level may do better with a once a week protocol as it will "push" that level down moreso than two smaller doses. Remember numbers don't always equate to how we feel.....

    Interesting post!

Validated and only 19 posts!..lol. Seriously..I know GD is against using over the counter cortsol blockers, and not knowing better, they do work!..for me. My numbers was 15 (way to low), so I stopped and on my next BW went up to 20 or 22 if I remember.

I am not s big fan of them because they are not regulated and you really don't know what your taking. If a man needs to rely on an AI to manage E2 the only way to go is with a pharmacy grade AI as you know exactly what you're getting and you can trust the dosage to manage E2 pretty damn perfect compared to an OTC product.

Edit: Just looked at the $349 test and it is included there so I guess my answer is No, I don't know my SHBG levels

DIM is not an AI. It does help metabolize and eliminate potent estrogens, namely estradiol.

It works quite well in me as well as others. Three times now when i had definite gyno showing up (trying to cut back on an AI... still) i started to use DIM and noticed faster relief.

I should point out that I don't use it daily though. I simply aromatize too too much and still am having to use anastrozole. I do not believe anastrozole is something I want to be on fr decades though!

I am really fond of DIM. If i was a person who had to take very mild doses of Rx AI's then I would totally consider trying herbals such as dim. Buy from a reputable place though and avoid "bodybuilding" type compounds. I went with pure DIM powder as a matter of fact.

Dim-Avail was the name of my OTC stuff. Did not know that it would not help elimate potential estrogens. But your right, it sure help control my nipple issues! Since ctenosura said he also had tender nipples and his Estradiol was within reasonable range...wouldn't Dim be a viable option?
