Those numbers are not bad at all...

"feeling crappy" can be so many things, but from this very limited glimpse of a few sex hormones it certainly does not make me believe your root problem is testosterone or estradiol.

how old are you? with a 480 test level I would have to disagree with hrt. Your free testosterone is in the tanks as well.

Yep, yep, I agree with above. But I see your age in regard to Test levels and you're low. Free test is not good. The Estradiol seems Ok for where you are with test level. For me that would be a great number. But my Test levels are in the 2500 to 3000. ...crazy mike

im 33, and im on 2 pumps of androgel for almost 2 years now. my problem is in before i started androgel my blood tests showed my levels ranging from 90 to 225, so they gave me andro gel. in the beginning first using it i was at 886 test and felt great, but everytime i go for a bloodtest it keeps getting lower and lower. how would you get your free test up?

i think an ai helps with free test but im not certain...you need a sensitive estradiol panel though as it is more accurate for males.
For 33, 480 is low...although it's not horrible(then again you are on trt, so that makes it horrible). Gels aren't too effective for the majority of people...which is why people switch to shots. I, for one am not even going to try gels. I have a dog to worry about, and the transference scares me.

Have you discussed this with your doctor? Your downward trend that is? If so, what does he say.
    Have you gained BF% lately?

I'd think more complete BW is in order first.

I tried the gel/cream route because i was none to keen on needles. I have since switched to im test cyp in the thigh and i am so glad i did. Test cyp at 150 mg a week costs like $20 a month and with no insurance. The injections are really pain free, I get more pain from hitting the wrong spot on my hcg sub q injections.

Odd that your LH & FSH are so high while on the gel. You must not be absorbing.

I disagree with hrtstudent. Bottom third of the range for free T is no where to be.
