    order of importance please

    Alright brothers,
Finally found a Dr who will work with me. I am on 100mg test cyp every 5 days (self pin!) and HCG 250 iu 2x a week (wed/sat) He ordered new labs at first visit and will see him again in a week. I brought my old labs from my other dr treatments (no HCG, 150mg cyp every 2 weeks pin at his office) and the new dr was concerned about my relationship with my T3 and T4 levels (both were in range but he was not happy about the relationship range? about them) so he ordered complete new workup (Yes!) My question concerns what is important in my stage of TRT now? I have no problem with libido, or morning or evening wood, no nipple pain, energy coming back, strength is always increasing, bodyfat is same but I look different. I have almost a six pack but still back fat (like to lose it). Since being on HCG my ball boys are back, nuts not sore, and I swear my poor wife is taking several for the team . Dhea and Preg on board. Stinging nettle and DIM for E2 control. Good vitamin supplementation. Good consistent workouts and diet (EODD) Weight good. I assume BW will be good (find out next week).

I read up on Cialis, Selegiline, Cabergoline, pramipexole, not to mention MII, CJC 1295 frag,GHRP, etc etc (not even going to mention shot administration methods and pinning areas and needle sizes) my 49 year old head is spinning. I want to lose my back fat, and I am into the anti aging aspect. I am on TRT now for about 5 months still trying to get in my "sweet" spot (changed dr and protocols) What would one prioritize as far as cost of drugs named to desired outcome? Got 2 kids in college and I do watch my pennies. I will say this that the HCG has been a GOD send as far as my nuts are concerned and maybe my libido. Should I keep staying the course and re evaluate in say 6 months? Part of me feels like I do not want to "miss" out on anything but my head tells me to be patient. Sometimes I feel like I may have too much information (but that is a good thing)

Maybe I just need someone to say "Hold the course brother its not a sprint but a marathon" Thanks in advance

Stay the course brother!! LOL Only thing I would ask is why he wants to see you again in a week? Not really long enough for your dose to have much effect on your test levels.

But glad you found a Doc you can work with

Agree, hold the course. As noted you need 6 weeks on your protocol before you need to eval blood chem.

Keep an eye out for elevated E2 symptoms like sore nips, water retention...things like that before next blood work.

100 mg every 5 days is a bit high but let's look at what 6 weeks tells us.

If it were me, I'd go 50 mg twice weekly like Monday morning and Thursday night.

Keep up posted on updates in this thread when you get them.

he pulled new labs on first visit and wanted to recheck. He was put off with first Dr lack of knowledge. He could not believe the first Dr would not script hcg . Anyway I am going back to go over the labs from the initial visit. He then said he will order new bw at 3 months to "tweak" treatment if needed. So I will just stay the course as far as the other options are concern.

I am in the same boat as you. Trying different protocols and now on 75 mg test cyp twice a week and 350 iu hcg twice a week. I am going to wait at least 3 months before going the peptide route. But I really want to try some sort of gh precursor, just not sure which combo. I need a lot of help and info there.

Agree with GD. Stay the course and get dialed in for a while. It sounds like your new doc is a keeper. Happy for you!

Once dialed in look toward GHRP-6.

Thanks, as with regards with the GHRP-6, if I want to keep my weight down should I go with the 2? Will troll around site for a sticky or two about it.

You're only 5 months in, so stay the course as mentioned. What do you mean by back fat? Most people skimp on training all the back muscles properly. I know that mine doesnt respond easily & has taken a lot of effort to develop. If that's the case try concentrating on back at least one full workout day per week. I have to do at least 7 different exercises (which includes traps) for back. You can also concentrate on developing the traps which will give your back area more overall mass.

Back fat meaning the love handles from the back side. Have 6 pack and starting of intercostals (?) coming out. As far as the weight workouts go I do the 5/3/1 4 day workouts with each workout focusing on primarily one exercise (miltary press , deads, bench, squats) and few "pump" exercises for each. I do back exercise each workout but just one exercise primarily being pullups/chinups bodyweight and heavy weighted pullups/chinups. Off days are crossfit/insanity type workouts. Now do not get me wrong, I workout 45-60min max. This old body needs its recovery time. Like testosterone , sometimes less is better. I am open to your suggestions about the lower back fat though. Upper back is coming along slowly but nicely. Its the love handles in the back side that is driving me nuts. Thanks in advance
