Should HCG be part of TRT

My doc is a very reputable Houston Urologist. In July he is going to have me come off test for a month and get on HCG . I am on .75cc/3 days at 1/wk I felt I needed more, I could feel the drop off. Current dose has me 1600 free test.
My question is should I be on HCG every few months to keep my balls from being the size of raisins? They have been gone awhile.

Just because your doc is a urologist and respected does not mean he knows TRT (hint.) You are way beyond the norm when it comes to HRT if your math is correct above?

When it comes to HCG you should be on it all the time. Just read GD's sticky thread at the top of this forum and it will enlighten you.

Straighten us out on your protocol please. How many milligrams of test are you injecting per week?

    And welcome to the forum.

x2. Why would any Doc try this? You do see it once in awhile in here. Are they thinking it may help the patient with desensitization?

API I think it's a basic lack of knowledge and fear on their part.

To clarify I am on .75ml every 3 days.
I was stating that he started me at 1ml per week but I felt a drop off near day 5 so he increased it to my current dose of .75 ml x 3 days.
I know I can go to a HCG diet place and get HCG from there. I do not know if they will give me enough though. How much should I be on and for how long to get any benefit.

Austinite, thanks! The link you posted to gdevine's thread is EXTREMELY helpful. My doctor is one gdevine listed. I need to ask him why he doesn't have me on HCG .

    Thanks to both of you!
