DHT levels are bottomed out!

My urologist's office just called with my last round of BW and said my DHT levels are 2.0.

Now, this was my first DHT test. I had to request it because I'm dealing with a doc that only believes in testing for the obvious. The nurse told me over they phone that she didn't even know what DHT is. I'm having the labs mailed to me so I can check the ranges.

That being said, what should I do to fix this?

I have ED and no libido. When I started on TRT with androgel 4 months ago I had a huge libido spike and then it faded. I switched to injections shortly after because insurance stopped covering androgel.

Protocol: Test Cyp 50mg/week, HCG 250 iu 2x/week and no AI.

On a side note: Total test was in the 700s. E2 increased from 30 to 45 after adding HCG 3 weeks prior. I was going to start an AI next week. But first I want to get this DHT sorted out. From what I've read it's pretty important to be in range.

That is odd since DHT levels typically follow Test levels.
So was this all on the same bw that your DHT levels were low and your Test was in the 700s?


I'll be curious to see what anyone else has to say on this.
