Even with HCG my testes shrank a TON. Anything I can do about this?

I've been on TRT since December of last year and it's been great. However, my testes are about 30% the size they were when I started and I'm hoping there is something I can do to get them back to a semi-normal size. I've been taking HCG but it doesn't seem to be doing its job.

What is your TRT/hCG protocol? Did it work when you first started? How long are you keeping it refrigerated?

My TRT protocol is 100mg/Test C per week split with 50mg shot on Tuesday and 50mg on Saturday. I'm taking 350 HCG twice per week. I always keep it refrigerated from the minute it is mixed. I only take it out for 3-4 minutes at a time to inject and it goes right back in. The one thing I can think of is that when I first mixed this batch I did happen to drop the vile on the floor. I know the HCG needs to be mixed slowly and not shaken so I'm not sure if this could be the cause of the problem? I do have a new batch coming in this week but I'm not sure if this could be the culprit?

Let's assume you got the HCG from a pharmacy and not the internet. If I am wrong about this, then you got worthless HCG. IM me for a good source.

You have been on TRT three months. Are you still using the same original vial of HCG? It does weaken after 60 days.

If the above don't apply, what was your baseline LH lab value? If your LH was high and you had testicles the size of grapefruits, then this is to be expected even with proper HCG treatment.

If your baseline LH was low, then you probably have bad HCG or you are imagining that 30% shrinkage. Obviously, most guys know the boys well so I would tend to lean towards the bad HCG.

One should also know that there will be some amount of "shrinkage" even when HCG is added to a TRT protocol.

Tell us how you reconstituted the HCG.

I would get new HCG . I don't think you can go wrong with that.

I don't want to hijack, but gd can you elaborate on how there is always *some* shrinkage even with hCG ?

Are you saying your balls will shrink a bit and plateau, so they are 80% original size?
Or are you saying the balls will continue to shrink, even with hCG, until they are almost gone. The hCG will just greatly slow the process?

Even without HCG my testes stopped shrinking within 3 months probably. Probably even less time than 3 months to be frank.

FWIW I've been on TRT for almost a year and noticed that the family jewels shrank quite a bit at first but then have come back. They are about 65-75% of their former glory. This is with no hCG .

Yeah. My balls are stuck at about 80% of what they used to be. I can live with that. But I hated the thought of them continuing to shrink, so I am relieved you say don't keep shrinking.

hCG is actually my favorite drug of the big three (Test, AI and hCG) because when I don't use it, my balls not only shrink, but they hurt! So it is easy to gauge if the hCG is working or not pretty quickly. (If I am a day late with my next hCG injection I feel a dull ache in my right nut!)

I have used 5 different kinds of HCG so far, the best for me is Norvel, worst is the compounded I got from Crisler and I got over 12 of them from him so I don't think it's bad luck, was anewRX the one that was in the paper "http://www.justice.gov/usao/ohn/news/2012/19octrydze.html" not sure if it was under-dosed or what but try a different brand. I like the ovidrel HCG a lot at 120 a day I am doing well.

HCG can keep most of its potency (refrigerated of course) for 60 if not even 90 days.

And what "effect" are you referencing? What and how can you tell?

I don't feel a thing with HCG no matter the dosage.

I can tell by my balls and if I got say 150 a day I get zits on my head so I know going 200 to get the same as 100 w/o the zits it's going south. Also someone posted a study on Crislers forum about 30% loss or something in 30 days so now I just freeze it to keep consistent.
