TRT and depression/anxiety
Has anyone experienced an increase in anxiety or depression on TRT? I've heard and read conflicting reports.

It can happen and does happen; not a lot, but it does. Drs. Morgan and Crisler, among others, will supplement with DHEA and Pregnenolone as they can be at lower levels when on TRT and cause some anxiety. When supplemented many men claim of feeling much better and even increase libido.
Look for micronized versions of both and get the Pregnenolone in 50 mg and the DHEA in 25 mg. Take the Pregnenolone and one 25 mg of the DHEA in the morning and the other 25 mg of DHEA in the afternoon.
You would need a complete hormonal workup done to rule out other possible issues like Thyroid conditions which can cause anxiety as well.

Isn't anxiety a side effect of high estrogen?

I felt depressed when my doctor (stupidly) suggest I come off TRT cold turkey and my estradiol at the time was above range. Bad combo!
