Viking's 6 month bloodwork WITH HCG, NEED HELP!!

Alright fellas, this is my last blood work BEFORE I started HCG in OCTOBER 2012, FOLLOWING is the protocol I was running THEN:

    Total test: 919 ng/dl 348-1197
    Free test: 33.0 pg/ml 8.7-25.1
    Estradiol:: 18.6 pg/ml 7.6-42.6
    Prolactin: 5.3 ng/dl. 4.0-15.3
    Tsh: 1.8 uIU/ml. 0.450-4.5
    LH:0.1 miu. 1.7-8.6
    Fsh: 0,2 miu. 1.5--12.4
PSA : 1.2 ng. 0.0-4.0 ( this was elevated from 0.9 but I had sex about 12 hours before so it's not as accurate))

    Total cholesterol:169
    Tryglycerides: 82

    Protocol:
200mg split into 2 shots every 3.5 days. .25 of arimidex 3 days a week.

The blood was taken 3.5 days after the last shot almost ON the day of my next injection.

    END

OK NOW for my new bloodwork taken 5 days ago ON DAY OF INJECTION 4 DAYS AFTER LAST SHOT, following will be my current protocol:

    Total test: 848 ng/dl 348-1197
    Free test: 43.67 NG/DL 5.0-21.0
    % OF Free testosterone 5.15 1.50-4.20
    Estradiol:: 21.0 pg/ml 3.0-70 (SENSITIVE)
    Tsh: 2.0 uIU/ml. 0.450-4.5
    PSA : 1.2 0.0-4.0
    Insulin Like GH 1 246 69-226

    Total cholesterol:199
    Tryglycerides: 102

    Protocol:
200mg split into 2 shots every 4 days. .25 of arimidex 2 days a week after injection day.
HCG 250iu's the day prior to injection for a total of 500 IU's a week.

I've recently, over the past several months, started to get acne bumps on my shoulder and arms. Not too bad but ugly nonetheless. The free test looked a bit high and it was fine prior to HCG. Also, RBC, Hemoglobin, and hematocrit were elevated...time for another blood draw. What modifications do I need to make in your opinions to my protocol?

Sorry I haven't been around much lately either, new baby and Busy job as always have kept me from posting. As always thanks for the advice and help beforehand.

Final note; all labs Labcorp and done fasting in AM

Your Free Test is supraphysiological and it's not good nor healthy to keep it at such elevated levels (on both labs).

What did your SHBG lab say?

The fact the hematocrit lab is high is to be expected with such a high Free T.

I'd reduce your dosage of 200 of Testosterone every 4 days - which to me is not TRT - to half that like 50 mg every Monday AM and Thursday PM.

You will have to adjust your AI accordingly as well.

    Labs again in 6 weeks.

Your serum levels need to come down to high normal healthy levels.

Clear this up. Are you doing 200mg total every 4 days or 100mg every 4 days for 200mg total in 8 days? Either way, like GD said you need to titrate down for the reasons mentioned. Giving blood may benefit you as well.

Good to see you're still around!

    Thanks guys!

To clear it up its 100 every 4 days for a total of 200 per week.

No SHBG on the test offered from this panel of tests.

Ill be doing another blood draw again next week. Ill also bring the dose down and hopefully get the acne and free test under control. It seemed most was pretty good until I added the hcg but it is what it is. Gotta adjust for optimum health.

    How do you feel?

I imagine you would do better on a smaller dose. More is not better most of the time.

With such a high dose you're running into more side effects, which appear to be numerous in your case. Lowering the dose would eliminate or lower the severity of things like acne, hematocrit, and need for estradiol control.

I actually feel fine, but have had several injuries related to lifting as of late which are uncommon for me.

Outside of the shoulder/arm acne I haven't had any physical sides. But I could tell I needed a blood draw a few weeks back cos i waited several months and I could feel my heart beating heavier. Maybe it was in my head lol.

I think if I cut the dose I can eliminate the arimidex .

Also my liver function was elevated which made me think its not metabolizing things well. Thoughts?

As noted, 100 mg every 4 days is a lot.

Consider that some of the best in the biz are starting men out on 60 to 80 mg per week and getting fantastic results.

Your Free T serum level is simply way to high.

I'd want to know SHBG as soon as possible...I have a hunch it's tanked...and that's another issue all in and of itself.

I agree, it's out of control. I didn't think hcg would change things tht much, clearly I was wrong.

I plan on cutting the dose right away.

How can I resurrect my SHBG between now and my next blood work?

Please educate me, what are the risks of supraphysiological free test long term.

I'm on 200 mg/ml a week, and I too have developed acne on back chest and arms. Face is clear as ever though. I wish I could find somethin to reduce the acne though I don't want to lower my dose and I feel amazing doing what I'm doing. Will just have to deal with bacne I guess. Just one side to many positive gains.

Sorry about that I just wanted to know the risk of high free test for extended period. Posted labs because I figured he'd want to know why.

    I'll post in another thread.
