I have finally accepted the fact that my testosterone production probably isn't coming back anytime soon. It's been about 11 months too. The reason I never did anything about it was because I didn't have the insurance to have it checked out, the embarrassment of having to ask parents for money to get it taken care of, and I was naive and thought it would eventually come back.
The cycle I ran was test e and tren a for 8 weeks. I don't remember the exact disease but it was small enough for a beginner. I only used nolva and a total of 5,000 iu's of hcg for post. I know, incredibly stupid.
I now have shrunken testicles, low energy/constant fatigue, brain fog, lowered sex drive, sadness, i can squeeze liquids out of my nipple, and not as hard erection/trouble keeping it up/refractory period is way too long.

Now that I have the money and I have been actually researching (I really hope young guys read this, I really do) I was thinking of doing a hpta restart using clomid to lower estrogen, caber for the almost definite prolactin issues, and hcg to get the boys going again.

I'm 24 and was 23 when I started the cycle. My profile says I'm younger according to a helpful member? Sorry I can't find where to change that.

I'm hoping you guys can help me get my life back. Do you think I have a chance at restarting? Any advice on dosages, other things to take, and anything else would be greatly appreciated. You guys are my last stand before looking into hrt/trt.

Here are my blood test results.

You might not care, but I would remove those pics with all the personal identifiable information on them. This is a public forum after all...

Your LH and FSH are low (er) but your Total T is still not bad, even though I'd think it would be higher for your age. Free is not shown though and neither is prolactin unless I'm missing it. Filling in some of the blanks on your BW would probably help.

    Prolactin
    DHEA-S
    Vit D
    Thyroid panel

Go in and see if you can edit out the attachments then redact the personal info with a black marker or similar and re-enter them.

see i was told to get the female hormonal panel from privatemdlabs but i guess that doesnt work anymore so it didnt come with the free test. i didnt realize this until now. i also didnt realize i would need another test just for prolactin. i didnt even know about the thyroid panel, dhea-s, vit D. i was just told to get a hormonal panel and a lipid profile... this is all so expensive without insurance...

Unfortunately it is, probably cost $3-400 for a full hormonal/thyroid panel .

F that. My life is a nightmare lol so anyone got any predictions so far with what I have available? The estrodial levels look a bit high no? LH and FSH look destroyed. I can tell cuz my balls are smaller and loads are not anywhere near how big they used to be. I'm going to get the free test and prolactin checked ASAP.

You are NOT shut down. Not even close. Add Vit D as a supplement as it will improve free T and is arguably the most important vitamin (hormone) that you can take.

Update in vitamin D. [J Clin Endocrinol Metab. 2010] - PubMed - NCBI

Or search LEF.com for many more articles on D.

Next consider adding in micronized DHEA and Pregnenolone. They are part of you cholesterol pathways (where testosterone comes from basically) and will also help. You want micronized only. Heres a link for dhea, search up preg.

Micron 5 DHEA™ 25 mg slow release 180 tablets. Ultra Micronized. Pharmaceutical Quality DHEA.

You do not need TRT IMHO. Proper supplementation, nutrition and lifestyle should seriously help you. Your E is not out of range either. LEF recommends between 20-30 but it is subjective and should be based on how you feel. If your carrying a little too much fat then lose it, that will help. There are also OTC supps you can add to help naturally lower your E.

Again, I do not feel you need TRT. If you are desperate to try one thing, in my opinion it would be nolvadex to try and stimulate a little more LH/FSH.

Kel, i don't think I've ever gotten better news in my life. Much appreciated my friend. Looks like its time to do some work right? That LH and FSH need help. I still have weaker erections and less energy tho. I am still thinking its the prolactin. I was also looking into Dr. Scally's pct protocol but I really don't think it's necessary now. Ill get my free test and prolactin checked. In the meantime, I have hcg , nolva, clomid, and caber on hand. I won't use any just yet without covering all bases (thanks for beating that into my head guys). But, I have it if it'll be needed. Again, much appreciated guys. Will come back with more tests and will supplement with Vit D ASAP. Ill do some reading on the other things you suggested Kel. Once again, your help is really appreciated.
