    Do I need HRT?

My thread was moved into 18-25 years of age forum yet I cant find the forum only the forwarding link, however Im not 18-25, I am 32. I need to know if its possible to restore my hormones or if I need to start hrt?

Here is my original post everyone here seems to be the expert on these matters

I have been feeling low on energy lately and went and got blood work done as outlined by the educational threads here. My testosterone was 399/ng. A few points above normal, but i was in the 550-600/ng's pre cycle

I did did a 8 week cycle a few months ago consisting of test/anavar . I didn't gain that much but feel I gained that much however I maintained my weight but just felt the difference big time in gym time and quality of workouts.

    Cycle was

    Weeks 1-8 500mg test
    Weeks 4-8 anavar 100mg

    PCT started two weeks after

PCT I used nolvadex and clomid but was having bad sides from clomid so switched to liquid to torefem from Anabolic Research.

I ran hcg on cycle however my testicles still shrunk. They seemed to get some of there size back after cycle but the last few weeks they seem shrunk again and having pain in them at night.

So I went and got my test check yesterday and came back with 399/ng got the results in my inbox this am.

Hope you guys can help me.
    Thanks in advance

Restart-research a clomid, hcg como in hope of raising test naturally before you even consider pinning yourself with low doses of test for 50 plus more years(if your lucky)
