I went back to the doctor the other day. My first T check was 219 and they gave me 1ml. Of Cypionate every 2 weeks. And my new check up number was 161. I went down. Why? And now iam 1ml every week. What does this mean?

1ml(200mg) every 2 weeks in old school bud. Testosterone cyp has a half life of 5-6 days, so you most likely have very good levels the first week but by the end of the 2nd week, you are back down in the gutter, or even worse as in your situation. Before starting 200mg a week, you should get on 100mg every week split into 2 dosages to keep your levels stable, do that for 6 weeks and then test your levels.

I agree with Jomamma. I don't even understand why your Dr. would prescribe 1ml of Cyp q2weeks. It doesn’t make sense. Cyp would cause you to spike first week but plummet the second week. 1ml Cyp qweek will keep your levels elevated.
