    TRT test levels

    Can anyone tell me where do most doctors like to maintain your test levels while on TRT? Thanks

    Everyone is different but anything North of 600 pg/ml for Total Testosterone serum levels seems to be the sweet spot.

    But one needs to look beyond just Total Testosterone for optimization. Labs like Free or Bio-Available Testosterone are critical. Estradiol and SHBG among others all need to be taken into consideration beyond just Total Testosterone.
