Bw - side effects - post pct
Hi Peeps,
I did an 8 week winny only cycle and no pct, Finished 3 months ago.
I am not completely shut down, but I have no libido, no morning wood and when I do have an erection, its pretty week.
I have had my bloods done and main points:
TEST - 20.5 10-32 NMOL/L
FREE TEST 3 - 4.6 03-06 PMO/L
FREET TEST 4 - 16.3 11-22 PMOL/L
TSH - 0.95 0.40-4.20 MIU/L
PROLACTIN 225 50-350MIU/L
FSH 3.2 1.5 - 13 IU/L
HLH 3.4 1.7-8.6 IU/L
CORTISOL 581 200-700
OESTRADIAL 72 0-160 - PMOL/U
SHBG 41 15-50 NMOL/L
I am 29 and athletic. As you can see Test is only average, free test, nothing great but estro and shbg and prolactin are high.
I have very little libido too. I have decided to take novadex for the past 2 days. 40mg first dose and 20 from now on.
However, after 2 days the sides are unbearable. brain fog, headaches, hot flushes and feel so tired all the time. (is this common after to days of nolvadex ?) or is this a sign that some other level is too high in my body?
I now have access to hcg , clomid and nolvadex if i need ti use any. (advice)
I was hoping someone can identify my problem or tell me whats the best thing to do to get my libido back and have my levels normal again.
All your help is greatly appreciated.

Probably the wrong section to post this, butLH and FSH are in the gutter. your Estradial/Prolactin are fine where they are, they're not too high. Do you have thyroid panel results? You need more bloodwork to get to the root cause before jumping on the TRT train (if that's what you were thinking). What did your PCT consist of? Sounds like a poorly planned cycle, hence the issues you might be experiencing.
Here is a thread with a list of panels that will help narrow this down.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Hi,
That's the problem. I did not do a pct! Stupid I know.
I wasn't going to do a trt replacement, but maybe a pct now or is it too late.
But I'm getting terrible sides of nolvadex which is a concern

Like Austin already indicated, your sex hormones are very low. But your Total and Free Test values are relatively normal. However whats interesting is your SHBG is almost double what it should be. The higher this value the less free Test you have because of the binding affinity of SHBG to Testosterone . I would also include Iron and Ferritin levels, along with the Thyroid panel Austin properly suggested, to your next set of bloods if you cant afford everything on the list he provided for you.
Also, I would drop the Nolva at this point, until you can see your doc.
Good luck.
