    sleep issues on trt?

I went from having issues staying asleep as well as getting good quality sleep to now, 3.5 weeks into protocol I can just sleep all day. Its great quality as I finally dream again everytime I sleep. But I can literally sleep 12-15 hours a day if I want and I'm not sure if this is a good thing.

I'm so tired all the time now. I went from depressed to happy in a few.weeks but my.body is so dam tired everyday. I think it might be estrogen related

Granted i did start dieting and lifting intensely since starting hrt, plus I've had.the flu for 2 weeks now.

Just wondering if.anyone has experience a similar effect from.hrt

What is your protocol? Might be a thyroid issue? What is your t3, rt3, and t4 numbers?

I'm kind of in the opposite situation. I'm tired as hell, but can't seem to fall asleep. I reach a light doze but keep waking up every 20 or 30 minutes then doze off again. I'm probably averaging 4 hours a night right now, and have been for the last 2 months.
