    My HRT visit

I met with my new Endo doc today. I had low expectations after my curent/last idiot doc. His office is on the less desirable side of town.Kinda shady. Nice building but obviously old once you enter. I kinda like the docs office that aren't super nice since i'm searching for prescribed juice lol even if it is a legitimate request.

So I meet the Doc and tell him whats going on. I expected about 10 minutes of his time(usual) but we talked/he asked questions for about an hour. He also asked the right questions and explained that HRT is like diabetes. The treatment of each person is unique. He does mostly VA diabetes/thyroid stuff, and really sparked up like this was a new adventure.
Clearly he knows what he is talking about, gave me a thorough physical(balls and all) and even asked if I ever used Dbol in high school.lol. I said no cause I didn't .....during high school.lol.
I handed him a copy of this bloodwork below and said I would like his opinion on it. He looks and said "oh, we are gonna do all of these" and "let's add prolactin also". Sweet!
I go back in two weeks for the results and I will update then.

    This is what you need:
    • Total Testosterone
    • Bioavailable Testosterone
    • Free Testosterone (if Bioavailable T is unavailable)
    • Estradiol (specify “sensitive” assay for males)
    • LH
    • FSH
    • CBC
    • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
    • Lipid Profile
    • PSA
    • IGF-1

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU'VE USED DBOL AND OTHER AAS POSSIBLY AFTER HIGHSCHOOL? iF SO, THAT IS PROBABLY WHY YOU HAVE LOW T.
You should try a restart. Have you done pct?

Agree, you should have been honest. A PCT is all you may need to get HPTA back.

I have used some roids about 10-12 years ago(42 now). I've been on Cyp for the last 2 years 150mg-250mg wkly(currently 150mg). Shouldn't my HPTA started back after my cycles? I understand it doesn't happen quickly( why the PCT is recommended) but isn't 10 years long enough?

It's never a guarantee that your HPTA will restart at all after using anabolics. PCT is used because its the best offense available to trying to restart your natural production.

^^^^Exactly. Never a guarantee and sometimes it may come back but not sufficient enough to get the androgen levels back to normal healthy levels. Some men, unfortunately, never get it back for what ever the reason. This is one reason why the Vets here in the aas forum tell young guys all the time to hold off on doing any cycle until they are 25 or even better 30 or more years of age!

Your right and i'll fess up when I get my results. I can tell him that I forgot since I can't remember anything the last 3 years. I've turned into a complete airhead, can't remember chit. I hope there is an explanation for this in my labs possibly high Estradiol??? I'm seeing a Neurologist also. I don't think this will produce an answer but at least i'll know I don't have a tumor(no headaches etc.)
