    Working already?

I finally got my Letrozole in from AR-R on Friday morning and promptly took .4ml. This morning I took .25ml and will stay at that dose.
One of my main complaints for the last 5 years is fatigue. I m always tired and take a nap everyday just to feel tired until bedtime. I know my estrogen was high on a previous bw and my doc didn't treat me for this.
Today I feel considerably better. Up at 8am, tagged the old lady lol, spent 2 hours in the sun working on my car and came inside looked up some homes to check out, drove around for 2 hours and I still feel great!
I don't believe in miracle cures but damn. Could lowering my estro help out so quickly?
    I'll see how tomorrow goes.

    In short, Yes.

Letrozole is so powerful, you need to be careful as it will kill your estrogen very quickly.
.1 is probably enough honestly, at that dose it would kill my gyno!

Any reason why you didn't get arimidex instead. I would try this first as it's way more mild and easier to control.

.25 is the recommended dose and I will stick at that. As far as my choice with Letrozole over Arimidex , 6 to one a half dozen to the other. They each have their fans and I went with the letrozole. I can always dilute it down if needed. I'm just glad its working.

Talking to my doc on Tuesday, getting BW same day. Hope to god he'll cough up at least a lil bit of Adex to get me thru this crap until my results get back. 2 months into test. Was feeling awesome and the last two weeks has been down hill with this week being miserable. I asked the same question and people have said you can indeed feel a difference in 24 hrs.

I'll be interested to see what my estrogen is on my bw that was done last. I expect it to be high and I will tell my doc of my letro use and results. Hopefully he will give me a script for its continuation.

Your doc should script you for adex. Like said above. Be judicious with you letro. Very easy to crash your E. You will not like how you feel if that happens.

No. This is not true. Letrozole is 2-5X more potent. Listen to the guys above. Be careful.

If the doc wants to put me on Nolvadex then thats what I'll do. I understand that letro is 5x stronger but I am also doing 5x less at .20. I will likely decrease it to .10 if my results don't suffer.
I get that "if a little is good alot must be better" doesnt apply with letro.

Great. As long as you're on top of it. I don't want to see another, "I crashed my e2" thread.

I read all the profiles of the ai several times and took notes. The profile for letro is very positive but yeh its not a drug to overdo for sure.

Nolva will do nothing to lower your estrogen. If you have nipple issues or gyno beginning then yes, it's great for that. But you still need an AI if you have E2 issues.
