    Blood circulation issues??

    Hello Fellas,
I have been really enjoying this forum for the last 4-5 months.
I have been or HRT since Jan this year and have really been able to understand so much more with the help of this forum.
Lately I have been having trouble sleeping, I am typically a stomach sleeper with my arms raised above my head and throughout the night I am awaken because it feels like the circulation in my forearms is cut off (or an insane pump), my hands even go slightly numb. I have to get out of bed and stand up to alleviate the discomfort. This is happening frequently throughout the night.
Not sure what this means, I know my forearms have gotten insanely vascular over the last couple months, so that makes me wonder if that's related.
Is this a sign of High blood pressure or low blood pressure? Or perhaps the need to discharge to some blood? Anyone else have a similar issue?

I have had similar issues for many years. Wake up every night with my arms numb. Its super annoying and I haven't found anything to help much. Tadalafil seems like it has helped a little but its hard to say for sure. I just upped my dose to 10mg so maybe that will help.

I had the exact same issue. I saw a massage therapist and now the numbness is not so bad. Or you could have carpel tunnel syndrome..
