    TRT setup advise

Seen the Doctor end of last year who prescribed me TRT patches, cuz my testosterone level is so low. I bailed out because of the cost and I don't think I'd like living with stickers on me for the rest of my life. I'll be 45 this year, my trainer thinks he can help elevate it with exercise and proper diet, which is not much different than what I was already doing, but I will do another blood test to see for sure. I also just finished a 12 week test e 500mg/week only cycle almost three months ago. I made good lean gains, even dropped fat weight, but I feel I'm losing some lean even after PCT and lots of food. Libido is low again and feeling lethargic as well. I'm planning a Deca cycle next, but this time I want to consider this TRT so that I can piggy back from that properly.

I've read great results from those on

My question is because I understand its for life...can I run test P or E @ 100mg once every two weeks to make up the equivalent to those patches?
I've read up on a post that suggests 100ui hCG a day for the boys downstairs.
I've tried dhea supplements and if blood test shows improvement, then that's good and I can scrap this.

You need to talk to a board certified anti-aging doctor. Its not about whats equivalent to patches. Patches are the worst delivery route for T. Its all about optimizing T while controlling estradiol thats the big picture. So your doctor should do blood work on you initially, at 6 weeks, every 4-6 months thereafter. Everybody responds to T differently its not 1 size fits all. Start low go slow and stage with labs. If still still symptomatic of LT then keep pushing your doses within the optimal range. But talk to your doctor. This is not medicine to self diagnose. HCG always good to keep HPTA going and keep the body running organic producing natural testosterone , spermogenisis, testicular hypertrophy.

Yes, I guess we agree, that was an AAS cycle.

So, TRT is that a thing everybody exercises by prescription only? Is there not an equivelant?

I agree about the patches and I will talk to my Doc about an injection method, but I still think its the same as low dose test.

Where do you live? Testosterone is a substance III drug - very illegal to possess without a prescription.

And no, there is no equivalent.

You could try something similar to a PCT (hCG , Clomid, etc.) to restart your hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis.

I am not on TRT or have ever been. I just had a 12 week test-e only cycle and I did a 4 week nolvadex PCT. I kept the strength I gained, and added 10lbs of lean mass, but of the 10 lbs I've lost half over the last three months. I have been coping with low testosterone the last two years, hoping I can elevate it naturally, but I'm thinking its not helping at all if my test levels can't keep the gains after a cycle. Also, I don't want to commit to TRT so quickly, cuz it's for life, right? So, i'm just asking questions, some may be stupid, doesn't mean I'd do it either, just sorting out what goes through my head.
