    Ventrogluteal IM Injection

    I'm going to add IM injections to my TRT protocol. For the last 6 months I've been pinning SQ. I should have BW to post in the next couple of weeks. I've been reading about Ventrogluteal injections and wanted some tips on finding the right spot to pin in this location. I appreciate any and all input.

    Thanks guys for the response. spotinjections.com is great but couldn't tell with any confidence from the drawing where the ventrogluteal is. And the other is informative as well but seems it designed if someone was giving me the shot.
    I was hoping to find something from a ventrogluteal self injection.
