I can keep acne under control with Zinc and B5.

I take 50 mg zinc and 5 grams b5. Sometimes I'll increase zinc to 100, but we shouldn't do that for very long. If you're prone to hair loss (b5) - you should include L-Cysteine.

What is it about zinc and b5 that staves off acne? Is it their estrogen inhibiting properties?

Get some Salicylic acid wash from the drug store and wash twice daily. Antibiotics (Minocycline or Doxocycline) can provide some temporary relief, but only a little help. If the over-the-counter acne creams are not working, ask the doctor for a script for Clindamycin Phosphate gel. Be mindful what you eat.

I've been battling it too. Chest and shoulders for a few months. Just starting to show signs of abating, but getting a little on face and neck along hair line now too. Its been a frustrating battle and I'm ready to make significant dose decrease. My dose currently is 150mg weekly IM. Will start self injected protocol next week and divide dose into twice a week. If that doesn't improve the acne I'm going to start cutting back the dose until it clears up. For me, the added benefits of 150mg is not worth the acne side effects. Maybe your dose is too high too?

@austinite - didnt know about spa lounge, hard to find good info there with TRT levels of testosterone .

@geriatric - Im taking 100mg test 1x week. Never had a problem with acne in the past, even when I was younger acne was under control. I have 3 big a$$ pimples on my chest now, never had a zit on my chest before.

I did have it when young. After 3-4 months now it is showing signs of improving. Just getting a few spots rather than broad coverage. If that little is all you have, you might find it will clear up after a while. Also, with that little I doubt you need the antibiotics. Try the gel I cited above if the over-the-counter stuff isn't working for you, and get the salicylic acid wash. Many here say acne is the price of admission.

Don't shave they maybe Ingrowns caused by shaving, I made this mistake a few times,
I have found for pimples a scrub daily and benzoyl peroxide wash every couple of days, I trim my chest with trimmers daily to prevent Ingrowns.
Pimples can always be a battle I've been all good for the last 10 days but then I may wake up with a lump forming tomorrow, who knows, they are very frustrating and I feel as though they ruin a good chest.
It's best to let them come to a head and try your best not to squeeze them prematurely, when the time does come make sure you get everything out and keep it sterile..

I have found exfoliating to make the biggest difference over all, with a scrub containing salicylic acid and also a lofa

On cycle I use ultra low dose accutane in addition to this.
