What to test for to give overall view of hormone balance?
I recently tested my IGF-1 and Testosterone because I suspected something was up, and they both came back very low. It seems safe to assume that other hormones might be out of optimal range too. Which tests should I run to get a good overall snapshot of my health? Which would an endocrinologist be likely to recommend? I'd rather save time by having the relevant test results at hand when I visit an endocrinologist.
