    AI Question

100th post... man I thought I never thought I would get here..

Question... do you need to run an AI on HRT? if so, what dose would it be? would it completely screw up your test results, but kick starting natural test? For people who are on the bubble of having very low, but within the normal range of test, would taking Aromasin actually boost the test level without requiring additional test?

it depends on your e2 level. but first let me explain how AI works, it dose not boost up Test, it only blocks the conversion and production of E2. so if you have high e2 lowering it via AI will free up the test that is bound to e2, that's why you see a rise in test levels once you bring down e2.

there is also another hormone that Test bind to is called SHBG, this one is tough to manipulate but drugs like var and Win can lower it.

hmmm thanks bass... I guess I am now confused because the write up and video for Aromasin seems to lead a person to believe that it can make the body increase test... or at least that is the way it seems to me.......

Aromasin 's effect would be minimal at best when it comes to boosting your T level. If the effects were substantial it would be widely used for this purpose. The goal of TRT should be to not have to use an AI whatsoever. Moderate T dosage along with HCG , a healthy lifestyle and low body fat will all play a part in this equation.

I would think you'd be better served closely examining your BW and then choosing supplements wisely that can help impact your endogenous production. Such as Preg, DHEA, Vit D, etc.

Post up some BW with ranges if you have it!
