Estradiol Level Need some help

I got my estrogen checked on regular test it was 30.8.. which is in normal range.. On sensitive test it was 344... Test level was over 1500..

First I appreciate your help that is the reason I'm asking questions.. I was having some problems with gyno and crazy mike suggested to get my estradoil checked and make sure I do the sensitive test.. I got the results back 344 which I posted and crazy mike told me I needed to ask some knowledgeable members about this.. Which this is where Im at and I appreciate your input.
I just got my other test back today which the estradoil came back at 30.8 range is 7.6 to 42.6.. My free test was high at 50 range is 6.8 to 21.5..
I wonder if there was a flaw in the test but I've never done a sensitive test..
I'm currently taking .625 of letro ED..

I don't know much about letro. but that e2 test is not the sensitive assay, so not much we can tell. so where did the 344 come from? what is your complete protocol?

When did you start the Ai if so when
Now you got a sensitive test and it came out E2 @ 344, If you are experiencing Gyn (how long) Then to me the E2 sounds like it is correct. That's why the GYNO.
Now If your total test was 1500 + then that's normal to low if using aas
If Total Test is 1500 then free would be in the range of 50 or so.
Now fill in the answers.
If you have the tests then they will say sensitive, or it should. Who ordered the tests and why aren't you asking them for verification of sensitive or not. We don't automatically know by your numbers, or at least I don't , but because I AM involved right now with the sampe precedings it would say I'm on track with a few of my assuntions. Now If I'm wrong let someone else come and tell me so I don't lead you off.
Now at the end of all this Q & A for me, WHAT IS YOU EXACT QUESTION....CRAZY MIKE

It wouldn't be the first time something got skewed with the assay. I'd retest with a Labcorp sensitive (if possible) and see what it produces. Range should be 3-to-90ish.

Careful on that Letro!! It's a suicide inhibitor that is 98% to 99% effective on estrogen. Quite hard to manage, real easy to crash your E2. Talking from experience.

Sorry for all the confussion.. Obviously you can tell I'm a newbee when I've got a couple of threads going and honestly I'm not sure how the hell I did that... I think the first thing I do is find out what is going on with the numbers E2 and E2 sensitive test..

The last post from me on this. Glad you now see the confusion you got going. Maybe you see we and me were trying to help. When you come and ask the Q's and we for the pupose to find out what and where you are, your body so we can evaluate and come with an asnswer, you obligation to get that input is tto ANSWER our Q's. You still have not. You nmust be embarrassed, well get over it. I got Gyno, I'm not proud, I told the people that helped me what ever they asked. I'm on the right track.

Week 1-5 400mg test & 400 mg eq & 250 IU of hcg twice a week..
Week 6 & 7 moved test & eq to 300mg per week and dropped the hcg due to the
Week 1-3 took arimidex .25 every 3rd day..
Week 4 arimidex .25 everyday..
Week 5 started letro .25 for a couple of days then decided to move it up to .625 Ed to present which is week 7..
Started having gyno issues at the end of week 3.
My first question was should I continue taking letro or switch over to aromasin since letro is hard on your joints and could crash your e2...
