So I guess my levels weren't at 18 after all.. but I'm wondering if the Formexx Black which I was taking 1 of ED actually helped or not really?

Now I'm guessing that I should try and keep the ldex at .5mg once a week, hcg 250iu MWF, and keep the test at .75mg once a week (divided into Sunday/Wednesday).. DHEA/Preg 50mg every morning,

After at least another 3 months go back to Dr and retest, anyone see anything wrong with that?

Thought I would throw in my test levels also (3 days after injection)..

Well I'll just keep adding to my thread until someone wishes to interject

I just took a Formexx Black since I injected yesterday.. as I had only had 2 Formexx when I went in on Wednesday, I figure that 2 are not going to hurt me, SO what I'll do is take 2 per week, one after my injection on Sunday and Wednesday UNTIL I get my liquidex..

at that time I'll lay off the Formexx and wait for sides.. then start up the liquidex at .5mg (unless I see something that seems like it agrees better with my schedule or someone responds with a better thought)

    Thanks guys!

Hi Joseph! I'm just a rookie here and to TRT but what I do know is that you need to give a little more info about yourself. Also are you administering TRT yourself or are you under a Doctors care? I just cant see why a Doctor would not prescribe letrozole or another AI.

So please give more info and maybe some of the pros will jump in but be patient.....even the pros have lives to!

    Best of luck!

Hey Petey, thanks for the reply!

I'm under the care of a physican for TRT but he only put me on the test and said I wouldn't need an AI and I failed to mention the last time I saw him about my testicles hurting but I already ordered some hcg and liquidex so it looks like I'm on my own..

That's why I'm a little desperate for some good advice.. thanks guys!

Was your Estradiol test a sensitive assay? Range does not appear the same to me.

Hey kel, I'm not sure that it was... I asked for it but they didn't seem to know what I was talking about.. then the PA (which I'm good friends with) asked Estradiol?

I figured that was it so I told her yes.. not sure what else I can do to get an accurate number as my Uro just ran the total that was in my other post..

Feeling like I'm in a boat without a paddle.. Been having some really extreme anxiety from time to time (yes it's warranted and I control it after but it's still uncomfortable..)

unless I am missing something I don't see ranges! and I agree with Kel, the test does not appear to be sensitive assay.

Ranges are under where it says: "Reference interval of estrogens in serum in adults."

Then it says Males: and it gives ages for 18 and over, etc.

    You guys see it now?

    Here is my GUESSTIMATE.

From someone else's bloodwork who used LabCorp.
For the sensitive assay estradoil (E2) test the range was 10-42.

Your lab had the estradoil range as 7.6-42.6.
I would guess your estradoil test was sensitive.

If it was the sensitive test, then if anything your E2 is a little low.
Most on this site say to aim for the mid 20s.

    Bass and Powerlifty,

    Thanks for spotting my mistake.
    I don't know how I managed that.
I searched old threads until I found a sensitive estrogen test and then wrote down the ranges. I must have misread the lab test.

None. Re-do it. No need to fast just for E2 Sensitive.

Labcorp code for E Sensitive is 140244 with CPT code 82670 if that helps.

gosh.. what a let down, you guys don't know how much trouble I go through to get BW (or maybe you do and feel my pain)..

Not sure if I would have to get another draw if it was just last Wednesday.. but I'm sure she'll wanna see me again and charge me another copay, etc etc

So there is nothing I can gather that would help me to gauge where I'm at? What protocol would you guys follow if you were in my shoes?

Maybe I'll look for a private lab..

So based on these lab results and all the new information that we've received about our e2 levels,

how should I be reading my e2 level? trying to make sure this is going to be okay for future BW..

Shoot for same level, around 30ish. Some feel better a little lower and others feel better a little higher. No need for sensitive essay.

The $50 female hormone panel from private md labs is perfect to help dial in your protocal.
