Need an answer on important ?

So I'm supposed to go see trt dr in Friday, next week and I had an appointment with my urologist today and results of cat scan due to what I thought was a kidney stone, turns out to be a bunch of little ones. He did urine, blood and ordered a 24 hr urine test to see why I'm getting kidney stones. Should I put of trt appointment till this is resolved? He really didn't seem worried at all, told me he would call with results and he wouldn't need to see me for 4 more months.

I used to get kidney stones all the time, I think I had one while on TRT and been on TRT for 2 years. before TRT I passed few sesame seed size and the pain was unbelievable, almost to a fainting point. but the one while on TRT was 4 times bigger and all I felt was a burning sensation while passing it. not sure if TRT helped but for sure didn't make it worse.

I don't see any correlation or issue with the two.

OP what's your calcium and phosphorous levels? If calcium is 10 or above and phosphorous is low or at bottom of range get your parathyroid hormone (PTH) level checked.

That's a good level for your calcium should be right around 9,so your phosphorous should be fine since they work together. Any idea why your getting the stones?

Same reasons as everyone else, probably: high intake of oxalate-rich substances, inadequate water intake, and genetic predisposition.

Everything I research online says this, I drink 1 gallon water Ed, no family history of ks, but I have been on a cutting diet for about month now and eating more protein( chicken, a lot eggs and whites, almonds) . Animal meat is a big cause of ks from what I read, so wth am I supposed to eat. Idk ill know a lot more after the test so I'm not gonna let it get to me. My main thing was whether to go to appt to start TRT or not, I'm gonna go.
