Hi Tlow. Were those readings (LH/FSH) pre-TRT? If so, definitely jump on the MRI to rule in/out adenomas. If the results are positive for one it's not the end of the world at all. They are treatable. The rest of your BW is fine according to who? Oh, and low T doesn't run through anywhere as it's not contagious, but we know what you mean!
Post your next BW results on this thread please. We'd love to see how things go for you. Also be sure to read all the sticky threads here to help with your self-education.
Welcome!

Abnormally low Lh & FSH can be an indicator of a pituitary. It's why I asked if those readings were pre-TRT. Post TRT LH and FSH will bottom out which is normal. To answer your anxiety question, yes low T can be a cause of anxiety. From LEF.com:
Testosterone and Depression
Depression is a leading cause of disability worldwide. In a recent study of 3,987 older men in Australia, researchers found that those with depression had significantly lower testosterone concentrations than men without depression.25 The authors suggested that older men with depression may benefit from systematic screening of testosterone levels and testosterone supplementation where appropriate. In my own practice, I have seen both younger and older men with low testosterone levels and depression improve remarkably after testosterone supplementation. Other studies have shown an improvement in depression scores with testosterone therapy in patients with depression who are unresponsive to conventional treatments.26,27 Further research in this area is ongoing.

Great. You sound like you are LowLH/FSH and LOWT. This is secondary. You LH from your pituitary most likely just isnt sending a strong enough signal at .3 to your leydig cells to produce adequate testosteorne. Thus the Low T. You need treatment at these levels!!! Probably not feeling so hot and most likely due to being secondary you will respond well to HCG to keep endogenous test and spermogenisis production while on treatment. Give us a call at Lowtestosterone.com.
