High RBC ect
Fellas, posted oh about a month a go regarding donating blood which I did and will every 90 days or so. I never had labs to back any of this up, my RBC hem, Crit always was spot on. I started feeling like absolute shit, heart racing always out of breadth even though I do 5 hrs of cardio per week (ok 3)
Im feeling MUCH better these days, started about 5 days or so after donating. Was just curious, is this coincidence or can someone actually feel if their blood is getting too thick????
My other theory is I crashed my E2 again. Anyway bloods next week, feedback/insight apppreciated.

yes you can have these symptoms form high RBC, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit. when my blood gets think I feel tired, heart acts up (PVC's) and get headaches. low e2 sides are worse, for me at least.

I notice my cheeks and face start to get more color like I've been in the sun. The Dr. Says that is a definite symptom, also the back of your hands.

Well thanks again for the feedback, guess you can feel it cause yes, I really felt like hell. Funny thing is my BW was always spot on not even close to being elevated for 2.5 yrs. last BW I had was about 4 months earlier, guess it can elevate pretty quick.
Spartan, same thing with the color, people were asking me if I was tanning LOL
