    Dosing - Topicals and Injectables

Please forgive me if this is a ignorant question but what is the difference with topicals and injectables?

I was prescribed Axiron at 60mg per day. 30mg per pump.

I hear that many do 100mg - 200mg of injectables per week.

With the topical at 420mg per week - does the topical product fail to deliver the entire dose?

the difference, well Pretty much just the delivery method.

absorption rates vary for the topical as well as for the individual, you'll have to rely on BW and how you feel to determine the dose best for you. someone will chime in on the average % of absorption.

Average absorption rate is 20-30%. Not very much I know. A much better and cheaper form of transdermal creams you can contact a compounding pharmacist and do a 20% concentration for around 70 bucks for a 30cc pump. 20% would be 200mg per day of test if you did 1 full cc/ml pump. 1/2 or 1 pump per day would be average dosing. again always monitor with blood work and transdermals are not the gold standard delivery method. More DHT conversion, Generally only works for 30% of men to get them up to a level where they are symptom free. They also will work for a little while and stop working. My 2 cents
