TRT Docs in Atlanta area?
I found a list of several on A4M, but I am looking for someone that has had some experience with one that was favorable. I already have my BW from another Doc. The other Doc wasn't up to snuff so I am "Doctor Shopping" I guess. I could always go the clinic route, its just a lot more expensive it seems. Even considered just ordering from UGL.

I can't PM or even look at profiles, I am new here. Been reading for a few months, just not posting. I seem to have limited access. Roswell would work though, I am in the Marietta area.

VTX, just came across this post in a search for Atlanta docs. Are you still at Crabapple Internal Medicine? I'm looking to migrate from an anti-aging clinic ($$$$) to something more reasonably priced for take-home kits. I have all legitimate paperwork/bloodwork to take in. Would love to know if she supports self-injections or requires you to come in for medications. Unfortunately, I also can't PM since I'm new here.
Thanks!

Yeah I'm still there. She supports take homes 100%. When I went to her I was on andro gel and my 1st visit I took in my recent blood work. She pulled more blood and the next day I had my cyp,Hcg ,anastrozle, and clomid at my door step. You just have to tell her you are comfortable self injecting. I now have all my meds called in to Wal mart as my insurance covers everything except Hcg.
On my last visit age caught some issues with my blood work and she referred me to an endo. I have an appointment next Friday in Cumming for a Pituitary MRI.
My very 1st set of blood work panels showed my LH and FSH at 0.2. Since beginning TRT my values have stayed the same. She believes that since they were already non existent prior to TRT then the underlying cause for my low T is Pituitary related. My sperm analysis showed that my sperm count was normal. Which is odd, because my LH and FSH are extremely low, The pituitary sends the signal to the testes to produce sperm with such low values one would think my sperm analysis should have been below normal. Basically this should have been caught at the beginning of TRT but it was overlooked. Hopefully I can get to the bottom and root cause of my Low T.

Thanks for the info! Sounds very similar to my case -- LH & FSH are both low, although I am still in normal range I am on the low side. I need to give them a call and setup an appointment. This actually helps out with a profile post that I made -- I've been looking to switch from the anti-aging clinic I started with. My insurance covers everything except hCG and I feel like I'm being taken to the cleaners by the current clinic. I'm currently paying almost $200 a month on top of what they are billing & getting from the insurance company.
If you don't mind me asking... what do your Rx costs typically run (ballpark) for a monthly supply?
Thanks again for the info! Good luck on the MRI!!!Last edited by no0ne23; 12-06-2013 at 08:55 AM.

$10 for cyp, $55 for 11,000 IU HCG , $2.85 anastrozole (6 1mg tabs) clomid $10 (no longer taking clomid) you see dr. Smith for the initial set-up then your back in 6 weeks for follow up blood work then every 6 months for blood work. Office visits and full panel blood is around $225
