Pregnenalone and/or dhea with no trt
If I'm not able to get TRT, is it feasible to take pregnenalone and/or dhea in sufficient quantities along with an aromatase inhibitor - to prevent conversion to estrogen, as a means of attaining higher testosterone levels ?

I took both for a good year prior to TRT and verified via blood work my levels were at the upper/ideal range, but they did not boost my testosterone levels in any way. This goes for all the natural test boosters out there, tried them all with no success. HCG raised my test levels around 80 points, but this still only put me in the lower 400 range in which I felt no better other than libidio.

there are a variety of ways a man can optimize his testosterone levels . it will never get you to the level that athletes who abuse the drugs are at, but that doesn't mean you can't improve what you have.
you can't jam in a ton of pregnenolone and DHEA though and just shunt it into testosterone . but if you have a low DHEAs level then supplementing DHEA is certainly one avenue to take.
most importantly would be nutritional/diet and lifestyle though. there are some good threads about this.
