    Smile Optimal Times for Medications?

I was trying to figure out what the optimal times are to reap the strongest benefits from each medication?

For example, I've read that taking your AI 24-48 hours after injection is a good rule of thumb, as this is when test levels peak.

So would this set up work, and I know everyone is different but I'm trying to build a solid base to start with then adjust accordingly.

    Mon AM:
    50mg Test C
    Tues AM:
    .5mg Adex
    Wed AM:
    HCG 250iu
    Thurs AM:
    .5mg Adex
    Thurs PM:
    50mg Test C
    Friday:
    Nothing
    Saturday AM:
    1mg adex
    Sunday AM:
    HCG 250 iu

Thank you in advance for replying...
I was trying to set it up with HCG prior to Test injection and Adex after injection...

Does your BW say you need an AI?

Just going to be blunt, it sounds like you don't have bloodwork based on this answer.

Regardless, if I was taking two shots per week, I would take my ai 24 hours after each shot, split evenly into two doses.

but 2mg of anastrozole seems like a lot for just 100mg of testosterone . I'd be sure to get frequent blood work.

It's twice as much AI as most do when they cycle 500mg of Testosterone . You WILL crash your E on that dosage. You WILL not like it.

Thanks for the input. If I bump it down to .5mg 3x week would that be closer to a more sustainable dose? Also will be getting blood work to adjust ai as needed

It's still way high for the amount of test you're taking, unless you convert at an extreme level. Eventually if not already, your joints will hurt and libido will suffer. I'd immediately get BW with an sensitive E2 assay and cut your dose in half. You will probably have to test E2 monthly for two or three pulls to dial in and probably continue to titrate back. Like I said, you're above cycle dosage currently.

Thanks Kel for your input, always nice to hear you chime in...
I'm HIGHLY sensitive to conversion for some reason... I was converting on a basic cycle of 500mg week test at adex .5mg 3x week... e shot up through the roof, and there is no doubt my stuff was legit because it came from a compounding pharmacy... I understand the concern with crashing e2, as the sides aren't enjoyable (I've experienced them) but isn't it better to play it safe and titrate the adex dose down and slowly let me e climb than to smash my e if it gets to high? I'm still new and want to dial a dose before hopping on board, even though all my trt medications are kindly waiting for administration, lol...

Also, off topic... would running anavar at 75mg/day for 8 weeks during trt be a bad choice or is this common for those looking for the hard look? Thanks!

I aromatize a lot. rarely do I see people who aromatize as much as I do. but even the above would bring my E2 to near 0 without fail.

you can't get around bloodwork. if you're on an AI long term you can either figure out the right dose through bloodwork or be at a significantly higher risk of bone fractures in a few years. that's up to you... but the bone loss issue would only get worse over time.

anavar is not used in any form in HRT.

as far as I know, it's only used in burn patients and HIV wasting.

So AI's cause bone loss? I did not know this... Is there an article about this?
Also, with regards to the Anavar, would it be possible to run it along an HRT dose was my question.
