    I'm scared

So over a year or so now I'm always tired and I blamed it on my bed, now over a month or so my sex drive went to almost zero.
I haven't been on any cycle, I did attempt to go on one a year or more and it turned out to be bunk. But I was on very high AI and I do believe its been since then I been having issues

Is there a therapy I can naturally bring back my self?
I was thinking on going on a test cycle as I'm ready now. But not to sure if I should fix the problem first

You're only 30. Could be something completely unrelated to testosterone . You need to get blood work. You most certainly should fix the problem before attempting anything.

self medicating with testosterone is probably one of the worst things you can do for yourself.

have you seen a doctor? what did they say?

I agree. Go to a doctor and find out what the problem is before doing anything. It could be anything and youre guessing. You could harm yourself or worse.
