very odd ED issues
hi all,
so i'm in my 5th week of trt (200mg test cream daily); the first 4 weeks had been excellent.
however, this week i've began to have ed issues
prior to being on trt i had very poor eq and didnt wank too often.
in the first 4 weeks i was on trt (coupled with the occasional 5mg dose of cialis), eq improved dramatically and i started to wank 2 -4 times a day...
this week though, ive had real issues
while the corpus cavernosa are filling sort of ok, the corpus spongiosum (the underside of the penis and the glans) are filling terribly.... to the point my glans are extrememly soft to the touch... again, throughout the prev four weeks this hasnt been an issue.
when im hard, I find when i kegel (contract my pc muscles) my glans also become hard, but this immediately dissepates when i release the kegel. if i point my member upwards, blood leaks even more so from the glans.....
this is really freaking me out, im unsure as to what this could be?? could it be a venous leak or some other sort of deficiency in the venous occlusive process... or could it be that ive been on cream for 4 weeks, my natty production is now shut down, and im starting to aromatise? thus ive got lower t and higher e and this is imparting an effect on my corpus spongiosum....
note i have started doing kegels semi regularly, could this be a culprite?
I am on no ai, no hcg (which means my scrotum is also getting quite tight... but this is no where near as troubling as my chief complaint)
any thoughts would be very much appreciated. Im going to see my doc early next week to get some bloods done and voice my concerns... also thinking about getting a referral to a uro...?

Hi MRN, I had 3 blood tests come back with a TT in the 300 to 400 range. LH FSH were also borderline low. Reason for the tests was I developed ED, depression, anhedonia, lost my energy, motivation, libido, muscle mass, and started to gain fat, all despite excellent diet and training habits. no prior AAS use
Doc decided to put me on t cream
When i look back to how i was prior to treatment i do reckon i had some eq issues consistent with the issues i have now so im hoping it is all just hormonal,
i guess this hypothesis is supported by the fact that i did temporarily have good eq with trt... which may not have been possible if i had a severe venous leak......?
opinions or experiences would be appreciated...Last edited by 20YO; 06-23-2013 at 09:53 AM.

As for what made me hypogonadal in the 1st place, im not entirely sure. i used to do a lot of kickboxing, so it could have been pituitary or testicular trauma... had measles as a kid...
no thyroid issues, no prolactin issues, e2 was ok-ish...
i do have 1 nad smaller than the other and some palpable veins (sort of grouped together) within the scrotum... neither of which I have had investigated (eg via ultrasound)
i will probably bring this up again at this upcoming appt, as it seems important to find the exact cause...

Maybe your E2 is high now. Any itchy/puffy nips and/or feel bloated?

hey thanks for your reply trific, haven't noticed any major issues with the nips, poss some minor bloating around lower abdo/pubis... but this could be in my head.
I have noticed random bouts of flushing, tachycardia...
this wk, my workouts have been slightly worse, and ive felt shitter but again this could be due to my concern around ed... and the old fella doesn't seem to be hanging as lowLast edited by 20YO; 06-24-2013 at 05:55 AM.
