    HCG for hypogonadalism

My name is Jacob and I have low T. lol It first happened a year and a half ago. It occurred suddenly and the difference was like night and day. One day I was fine and the next day I could not have sex and I lost all of my libido. This probably happened because I ride a bicycle all the time. I also do gymnastics and 10 years ago I fell off of a cliff and injured my tailbone and head.

In spite of those injuries I had a very strong sex drive before a year and a half ago. I could have sex 3 times a day for weeks on end. After December 15th 2011 I suspected I must have low T because I had no libido. I got tested and my free testosterone was 300 ng/dl. I have been tested about 5 times in the last year and the lowest was 250 and the highest was 450. My endocrinologist says I may have naturally low testosterone . I don't believe him. Only sick 90 year old men have T of 300. Am I right? If I have ED and low T then my ED is probably a direct result of the low T. I am in very good shape. I weigh 180 lbs and I can do backflips.

I have never used steroids before. I am asking you guys because you have experience using both testosterone injections and HCG . I am planning to self medicate. My endo says he will not prescribe T or HCG because my testosterone is "normal" (above 300). My endo also says HCG treatment is 1000 dollars a month when administered by urologists. Ha! I found I can get a month supply of HCG on Farmacia Del Nino for 33 dollars. Still I am nervous about taking it.

Should I take testosterone and HCG at the same time? Should I only take HCG? Should I take clomid? How much should I take. I will be grateful for any information you can provide.

I am 29. 180 lbs. 6 ft tall. I am not sure what my body fat percentage is but I have a six pack. That is one thing which is strange about all this. My T is low but I haven't lost any muscle mass or become depressed or unmotivated. That is why my endo thinks I have naturally low T. I wish I had the foresight to see what my T was before this happened. I don't think I have naturally low T because I have no sex drive all of a sudden. I have tried ciallis and it works, but I would rather have a more permanent solution.

I have two symptoms. I have low libido and some of my hair has fallen out.

    free T4 .78 ng/dl
    TSH 1.96 uIU/ml
    Cortisol 14.1 ug//dl
    FSH 3.7mIU/ml
    Prolactin 10ng/ml
    LH 3.3mIU/ml
    Estradiol <20 pg/ml
    Total Testosterone 400 ng/dl
    Sex Hormone binding Globuline 20.3
    Free Testosterone 119.7 pg/ml

    17 alpha hydroxyprogesterone 271 ng/dl
This is abnormal. Healthy adults have this number no higher than 140. My higher number suggests Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, although CAH normally that raises T, so my endo does not know what to think about that number.

    Vitamin D 52
    DHT 147 pg/ml

I had my DHT tested because I have read that high DHT causes hair loss. My DHT is low. The reference range is 106-719. I have also read that low T causes hair loss. My hair loss coincided with the first signs of low T. It is not male pattern baldness. Most of my hair has fallen out at my hairline in the middle of my forehead, not my crown.
